Infrastructure-Related Assets
Through proprietary relationships with several of the world’s leading infrastructure funds, Fox Meadow targets investments of $100 million to $1 billion in a variety of infrastructure-related assets, including power generation and transmission, midstream, transportation, bridges, toll roads, ports, terminals, water and wastewater.
Middle Market Private Equity
Through an affiliated U.S. buyout fund, we are able to invest up to $150 million of equity capital per transaction plus co-investment. We invest in solid businesses in industries with underlying growth, and prefer companies with strong assets, brand names or market position. We invest in both private and public companies, primarily with enterprise values of $25 million and higher. Focus areas include media & communications, transportation & logistics, healthcare, energy, financial services, basic industries, and the U.S. Hispanic marketplace.
Experience and Expertise
The principals of Fox Meadow have 20 years of successful investment experience, having closed more than 30 equity, debt, and M&A transactions, totaling roughly $5 billion. In addition to investment experience, the principals of Fox Meadow have experience servings on boards, operating companies as part of senior management, and providing financial and strategic advice. We have experience in various transaction types including: going private, divisional divestitures, family business investments, roll-ups, leveraged build-ups, growth investments, recapitalizations, unregistered securities, and secondary share transactions.
